In-person & on-site services
In addition to virtual care, Chin Family Clinic offers in-person medical services in select regions of Ontario. Depending on your location, the type of service requested, and scheduling availability, we may be able to provide care at your home, workplace, or organization.
In-person services may include:
- Home medical visits when in-person assessment is preferred or needed
- Driver’s medical forms and related assessments
- Sports and fitness medical exams
- Injection and procedural visits
- Occupational and workplace health assessments
- Corporate wellness visits, staff health services, and on-site screenings
- Workplace flu or vaccine clinics and health screenings
- Medical education sessions, workshops, and presentations
- Clinical consulting and advisory services for businesses and organizations
- Private health navigation, care planning, and case review support
